A graduate of Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Peh Eng Seng is widely recognized as one of Singapore's greatest watercolourists who has supreme technical skills and true artist vision. His paintings are highly atmospheric, overlaid with subtle colours and flourishing brushstrokes.
