Biography

Using metal wire to draw has given Victor Tan a new voice. A graduate from La Salle-SIA College of the Arts, Tan has been exhibiting with Very Special Arts, Singapore, since 1995 and held a few solo exhibitions in Singapore. He also stayed and worked in London on a sculpture attachment, as recipient of the prestigious Commonwealth Art Award (1999). One of his commission works is a series of five larger-than-life wire sculptures for permanent collection at the Singapore Expo.
