Yen Chua’s paintings are evocative of surreal, mythical landscapes and stories. Her special experiences in Tibet and India have played a pivotal role in shaping her views about life and her work as an artist. Yen was educated at the San Francisco Art Institute, the Beijing Central Academy of Fine Arts and has lately completed her Masters of Arts at the National Institute of Education, Singapore. Yen has also garnered awards at the Philip Morris Asean Art Awards.
