Biography

Jessie Lim has been practising pottery full-time since 1986, creating both utilitarian ware as well as sculptural forms with inspiration derived from nature and her travels. Lim successfully uses a wide range of techniques, incorporating natural materials like granite chips and black volcanic sand into her work.
